THIS IS THE MAGGOTS IN BLUE- THAT IS THEIR MODUS OPERANDI!
In October I wrote a report of a woman, Martie Olivier,
who was raped and kidnapped by the police
. Her husband, Sarel Olivier was enraged when he found out and went into the police station wanting to confront them. While Sarel was in there he broke the partition window of the police station during the argument. It's understandable he just found his wife raped in his car no less by a police officer. During he was confronting the police in the station, his wife was kidnapped by police out of the car and raped continually during the night and dumped the following morning. They have pressed charges and she received a medical exam that collaborates her story.
Since then they have been followed intimidated and threatened because they dared to pressed charges against the police. When on 20 Friday he went to the police station to lay charges of intimidation but was instead arrested for intentional damage of property. He was in court on Monday morning where he was released on bail. His attorney, Lesley Steyn, is pleading wrongful arrest stating that not the correct procedures were followed.
Desmond Olivier a private detective helping the couple trying to locate her rapist has said
How on earth is it possible that a man is arrested for breaking a window, while his wife's rapists are still at large?
And I have to agree with him. How can the police be so quick to arrest a man who was obviously distraught at the time but not find the real criminals? They're story and that of another woman who was also raped by a police officer in the police station, was on Carte Blanche this Sunday. If it was not for that, there would have been no real media coverage of this heinous crime. I believe crimes like these are being kept quite for the upcoming 2010 Soccer World Cup.
